Internet Reservation System Terms of Use
Hakubakan Co., Ltd. and its affiliates and partner companies (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") have established the following rules for the use of the Internet reservation system operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the System"). Users are requested to read and agree to these terms before using the System to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Services Provided by the System
The System allows users to make reservations and payments for accommodations, rentals, and other services operated by the Company through its website.
2. Required Environment for Using the System
To use the System, the following conditions must be met:
- An email account capable of sending and receiving messages
- A device with internet access (PC, smartphone, etc.)
- A mobile phone number that can receive communications from the Company
- Necessary information for guest registration
- Emergency contact information if engaging in high-risk activities
3. Conditions for Use
Use of the System requires agreement to these terms. By using the System and confirming a reservation, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
4. Operational Environment Notes
The System is designed for use in a Japanese-language environment. For an optimal experience, users are recommended to use the latest operating system and browser. However, if technical issues arise due to factors beyond the Company's control, the Company will provide support to the extent possible but shall not be held liable for any resulting issues.
5. Reservation Application and Confirmation
When making a reservation, users must accurately input the required information. If there are any errors or omissions, the reservation may be deemed invalid. A reservation is considered complete when the reservation details are displayed on the confirmation screen of the System and a confirmation email is sent by the Company.
6. Reservation Changes and Cancellations
Users may change or cancel their reservations using the designated ID and password in the System. If assistance is needed, users may contact the Company for support.
7. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply based on the accommodation terms and usage rules established by the Company. For details, users should contact the appropriate support center.
8. Handling of Personal Information
Users' personal information is managed appropriately in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the Company's website for further details.
9. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for their actions and any consequences arising from their use of the System. In cases where damages are caused to third parties, users are expected to take appropriate action in good faith. In the event of violations or fraudulent use that results in damage to the Company or third parties, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including claims for compensation.
10. Suspension of Use
If a user’s actions are deemed to cause significant harm or inconvenience to the Company or third parties, the Company may temporarily suspend the user’s access to the System. Users may contact the Company for details regarding such suspensions.
11. Temporary Service Interruptions
The Company may temporarily suspend the use of the System in the following cases:
- For system maintenance or development
- In case of emergencies such as natural disasters or unforeseen incidents
- When deemed necessary for operational reasons
While the Company will strive to provide prior notice of such interruptions, in unavoidable cases, users are requested to understand the necessity of such actions.
12. System Modifications

14. Governing Law
